Installation

1. Prometheus Installation Guide.

Technical

1. Rotax Carburettor Jetting paper describing the mathematical model used by Prometheus. This document is included in the distribution.

2. The original Rotax bulletin containing the original Rotax jetting rule.

   It does not contain any recommendations for the needle clip position.

3. Rotax (Australia) Jetting Diagram. It does not specify any humidity.

4. An Excel spreadsheet demonstrating some of the mathematical calculations used by Prometheus. It includes a comparison between jetting recommendations made using the Rotax rule and those made using the Rotax rule adjusted for changing density and viscosity.

   The spreadsheet relies on PrometheusDLL.dll which is included in the distribution.

5. An Australian BP Fuel News showing AFRs for its petrols. Note that variation in stoichiometric ratio for different fuels.

6. An Australian BP Product Specification showing petrol variation over a year.

Research

Ventimore is currently studying the use of CFD to model the VHSB carburettor. The result of that research will be posted here when available.
