The Book
I have been toying with the idea of a book, but experiments with eBooks convinced me that was not the way to do it. Some chapters are presented below as a pdf. (Content is pretty much the same as above)

About the author
Shaun O'Kane is a consultant in the investment
banking industry. He graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia, in
1980. He maintains an interest in Mathematics and Physics but these days
has little time to indulge his hobby.
